Goodyear EP Whitewater Black Rubber Steam Hose Assembly, 1/2" MPT Connection, 2500 PSI Maximum Pressure, 50' Length, 1/2" ID

This branded hose is manufactured for use on either steam cleaner machines or combination steam cleaner/pressure washer machines. Its tube is constructed of Pyrosyn, a special form of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) synthetic rubber for high heat resistance. Its cover is made Hysunite hypalon synthetic rubber, which is resistant to chemicals and has an RMA Class B (medium oil resistance) rating, which means that it will undergo a maximum volume change of +65% and will retain a minimum of 50% of its tensile strength after exposure to oil. It is reinforced with braided steel wire, which provides the strength necessary to reach and maintain the maximum pressure ratings appropriate for its service. If employed for steam cleaning, this hose will function effectively with water temperatures up to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C) at a maximum pressure of 350 psi. For pressure washer service, this hose is rated for water temperatures up to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C) at a maximum pressure of 2500 or 3000 psi. This hose comes fitted with two male NPT swivel couplings.Industrial hoses transfer or convey air or liquid in hose systems.
